Welcome to Titan Wear. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.


1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

  • Prices displayed on the Platform may change without prior notice.

An order is considered confirmed only after the user receives order confirmation from the Platform.


5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may exclude VAT, delivery fees, or additional service charges unless clearly stated.

  • Payment may be made through approved payment methods such as:

    • Credit / Debit Cards

    • Digital Wallets

    • Apple Pay / Google Pay

    • Other supported payment gateways.

The Platform uses secure payment providers and does not store payment card details.


6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided on the Platform are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Product availability

  • Courier service performance

  • External circumstances beyond our control.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are subject to the Company's Return Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

Returned products must generally be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within the specified return period.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


8. Vendor Marketplace (If Applicable)

If the Platform allows third-party vendors to sell products:

  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

  • The Platform acts as a marketplace facilitator and may not be the direct seller of all products.

  • Colors and appearance may vary depending on device displays.

  • Minor differences between product images and actual items may occur.


10. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform

  • Use automated tools or bots to extract data

  • Post false reviews or misleading information

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Software

  • Text

are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.


12. Privacy

User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

By using the Platform, users consent to our data processing practices.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Service interruptions

  • Errors or inaccuracies in product information

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”


14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Internet outages

  • Supply chain disruptions.


15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
